I cannot thank Bliss enough for helping me out with my settlement a month ago! I had a terrible experience with solicitors at another company before I finally found Bliss from All Hours Conveyancing! It was totally out of the blue that my lender gave me All Hours' contact after hearing my terrible experience from my previous solicitors. I then called Bliss one day just to ask her for some legal advice, not even thinking about / promising her that I would turn to her firm, she gave me more than enough information that I need for my settlement just on a 15mins phone conversation. Becoming a first homeowner is an exciting and unfamiliar territory but Shakila made the whole process seamless. She regularly checked in with me about any updates and information I needed to be aware of before settlement, she explained everything thoroughly and clarified any concerns we had. On settlement day we ran into an issue which was a fault of our broker and bank which meant settlement was delayed up to almost a week later. The situation became stressful as we needed to move in the same day, but Shakila contacted the vendor right away and organised a licence agreement for us to still be able to move in that original settlement day, we cannot thank her enough for her efficiency in the matter. I will use All Hours Conveyancing again for any future properties and I recommend her and her team for their 10/10 prompt, fair pricing, professional and trustworthy services.

Until recently, our experience with conveyancing firms was limited to standard property purchases and sales, involving relatively straightforward settlement calculations. While we acknowledged the value of the service, we viewed it as largely clerical and somewhat expensive. That perception changed dramatically when we undertook a restructuring of part of our property portfolio involving changes to certain trustee arrangements.
